Very good speaker

These speakers are amazing for the 30 dollar price! The mid bass response is very impressive and the mids and highs are really clear. I have them running off an older Kenwood deck with about 20 RMS to each an so far I havent heard any distortion at super high volumes. The only problem I have had with them is since I replaced some stock slim-mount speakers with these, they vibrate my doors a bit over my comfort range. But hey thats not anything bad to say about the speakers! Once I get some sound insulation in the doors these things will slam! Highly recommended!

Oh yeah be careful when you put the grills in, they dent really easily.

The build quality was more than I was expecting. A great speaker. I have them installed in the front doors of my friend's Lexus IS250 and Wow! The best part about these speakers are the tweeters - very smooth and detailed.

I bought these to replace my stock speakers and I hooked them up to a 760 watt amp and they are doing extremley well. I have yet to have any trouble out of them. they are very clear with just the right ammount of bass. The perfect set of speakers if you're not looking to spend alot but still looking for quality.

Great for the Money!

Great product. Sounds really good It had good bass with just the right amount of highs,I find that some 6 1/2 inch speakers to be too tweety sometimes..I listen to sports radio a lot so I like the fact that I can hear good clear voices. The only thing with these speakers are that they are a little larger than a 6 1/2 so the stock brackets of your car may not fit .. You may have to get an adapter.

nice speakers

I had 2 sets of these speakers in my integra getting powered by a 4 channel power bass amp. Man let me tell you they sounded great!! Very loud and clean sound. What I really liked about these was the mid bass response. I would totally recommend these speakers..

well worth the money

i love the amazing sound quality that i get out of these very cost effective speakers. they are worth way more than they actually cost. a must have!

Exactly what I wanted

I was able to name my own price, so I got a great deal. These are a really great upgrade from the stock setup. I'm getting more range of sound and I can crank my JVC deck way up now. Also, their high and mid-range sound adds great dynamic with the subs. My girl says it always sounds like a party in my car.

These speakers are great. I put them in my Honda Civic and they sound nice. The speakers also have good bass

Preferred over more expensive speakers

I've had a pair of PowerBass S-652 speakers for half a year now and am very satisfied with them. I bought them to replace some brand new Sony speakers, which cost twice as much but which I found to sound too harsh on the high end. The PowerBass solved that; they sound sweet and have just as much punch. I chose them only after listening to every pair of same-size speakers at two stores. I listen to contemporary R&B, contemporary (electric) gospel, and jazz (electric, acoustic , and vocal). Thank you PowerBass and Sonic Electronix!
