AM Radio reception was BAD

I went through 2 of these. Sonic Electronix customer service was GREAT about exchanging the unit. Both worked fine on installation with the exception of the AM radio reception. I need the AM radio for the traffic info, so all the parts that worked so well on the unit were wasted on me.
No problems with the menus, the DVD function, etc.
Sound was fine, Picture was great.
I can't speak to the problems other owners had after a period of time as I only had it installed for a day or so each time while I changed the antenna adapters, etc to try and get better AM reception.
If you don't need or care about AM radio, it might be a good choice for you.

piece of trash

Do not buy this product. Everything worked good for about 30 days the I got these green lines on the screen that got worse ad time went on and now the screen flash to the screen saver where u can even use the touch screen feature and I have to have a DVD in the system for the radio or the AUX control to work. Do not buy. You have been warned

It's ok

The first 4 weeks it worked great. But know the screen gets stuck on one setting. Also the aux screen stays blue all the time and at night it is too bright.

Sick deck Cheap Price

I can see alot of people have bad reviews on this particular deck but not me I've had nothing but compliments on this deck. No problems at all the usb works perfectly fine the cd player itself takes cd's like a champ if you have had any issues with this deck I suggest you check your wiring because I hooked it up in my first car by myself no problem. I had it professionally hooked up a 2nd time in my 97 cadillac deville which it even sounds better in this car any issues people have wit this deck i suggest you unhook your deck and rewire it, all the way around great sound and picture/ play performance.

Nice sounding unit,plays dvd fine...

This unit is very nice looking, not big,but not too small either.Great sound and video.Has one small issue, when you hit a bump, sometimes it reboots itself. This is only due to the contacts between the detachable face and the connection on the unit where it attaches. Not a major problem, usually picks up the music where it left off.I only use this in my weekend car,so it doesn't bother me at all.I would not recommend this to a fussy person that uses it all the time in an everyday car.But for me works fine....
The sd card is hard to access, have to remove the face to get to it.

PYLE

This In Dash DVD Deck is the worst deck I have ever came across i had problems the second it was hooked up. problems ejecting CD's, deck would not illuminate but still be on. also navigation thru the deck sucks. would not recommend to ANYONE. If your on a budget dont buy a dvd deck there are plenty other awesome decks out there for the money. I have no positives to say about this item just plain sux!!!!!!
