The neck of the stand is a little bit large and the speaker is difficult to remove. This may be good because a snug fit will hold things in place. The slid tightening mechanism came loose and now that I know about this I can watch it so I don't loose it. Otherwise I think this stand is very sturdy. I would purchase another one if I needed more.
