I am the owner of a set myself...have 1000 watt fosgate amp. only have it turned 1/4 of the way up on the gain and a capacitor. and it sounds amazing I get many compliments on the setup.

I recommend Rockford Fosgate... Pure quality.

My friend has a set and he is running them with a 1000 watt rockford amp and they beat. im savin up to get a set and ima run them with my rockford t600-2.

where to start, these things pound like a mother bridged on my kicker zx850.4. my neighbors and parents absolutely hate them. im always told "heard you all the way down the street, new you were home". ha everyday i get that. i personally pulled the ports out and painted them black to match my car. great deal.

Good entry level subs

I purchased these the spring of 2010 and used them for about 1 year before i sold them. Overall, they are a pretty decent pair of subs, they are good entry level subs and i would recommend them. As long as you have a monoblock amp that is rated at 500RMS @4ohm you are fine. Also if space is an issue, you can just get 1 P3 that pushed 500RMS instead of 2 P2's that puch 250RMS each. I have since upgraded to a Kicker L7.
