Just What You'd Expect

Overall, these speakers are great. I have them powered just off the head unit so with minimal power they have good response and can get very loud with the highs and mids, while having some decent bass too!

Quality, just like the brand

Got these to replace the door speakers in my Pontiac Sunfire, they sound great playing with my Rockford Fosgate Power T1692C, they go low on the bass and have great high's; easy to put in, and Sonic is an awesome company to deal with!

Great Speakers

I have owned many Rockford Fosgate products in the past. I have to say I have never been disappointed by the brand. The price was GREAT and Sonic Electronix shipped out the speakers fast. The only reason I gave the Overall rating a 4 is because they were shipped UPS and I got them 4 days after I was suppose to get them. I know this is not Rockford or Sonic's fault. Keep up the GREAT service Sonic.

Great door speakers that put the OEM ones to shame!

When buying these door speakers for my son I was skeptical about how much difference there really would be compared to the OEM speakers. I was amazed at the difference and how you could really notice the sound and how good it is. Very easy to install and a major improvement which which you will be amazed to hear.

Perfect fit

My 16 year daughter wanted a stereo with thump. These Rockford Fosgate speakers are great. She is happy and so am I. Highly recommend.

Great all around

Bought these for my dash to go with the 6x9 version of these in the rear. Good, loud speaker. Being smaller than the 6x9s the bass doesn't go as low, but they produce tight, "punchy" bass from about 120-140Hz and up. These produce very good highs. Quite crisp, although not the sharpest, but still clear. Only dedicated tweeters with their frequency filters can be better. I trust the Fosgate name. Good quality and price. Sonic always as the best prices! Worth it? Heck yea!

wow these things are freaken awesome they are very LOUD and really clear I was very surprised after I put these in mids are ok.... but I have a sub so really only needed something good for 120hz and they do great.. cant get over how loud and clear they are with only 18RMS from cd deck

Front dash Jeep install

Great replacement for front Jeep TJ/Wrangler factory speakers ('99 but should fit up to 02, maybe farther). Just a little careful cutting of the mounting rings and they go right in. Great company to deal with. Had em for 6 months now and very satisfied.

Great speakers

Bought these for the regular cab Silverado, great sound from such small speakers. They do a great job at keeping up with the Rockford 6.75 in my doors. Would recommend Rockford speakers to anyone that wants great sound. You won't find a better place to buy from either.

Hi guys first thing i would like to say is that i bought these after a disappointing purchase of 2ea 4.5" jl audio speakers.People were saying that 4.5" round was the thing to replace the factory 4x6 in my 1992 Gmc well i did not like the sound of the jl in that spot in fact i hated it.So i ordered 2 of these and love them.They are being ran by a 4 channel mb quart and sound superb.Then i made a small box and mounted the 2 jl audio under the dash and carped it so paired with these now the jl sound great to compliment these.The last part i added was a jl 8w7 in a ported box behind the seat. People freak at that 8" so glad i did not sell it.Went from pissed off to elated in 1 purchase.

With a little effort I was able to get them to fit . Well worth the work. I replaced the old speakers with these. Also replaced the rear speakers,added 1000 W amp and two 8 inch woofers for base.New XO vision with 7 inch screen.Great sounding system. Would buy them again,great fit and great sound

Impressed with the P1462

Great sound. Mounting in the dash of a 94 silverado was a little hard because the magnet size was considerably bigger than the pioneers i removed. Air ducts were contacting the magnet. With a little modifications they were installed. Sound quality is impressive. Will buy again.

RF 4x6 Punch 2-way speakers

The RF Punch 4x6 2-way speakers are recommended replacement speakers in my 1999 GMC conversion van upper rear deck. They are a perfect fit and installation was easy. These speakers have added much needed midrange and high end to my system. They sound clean and crisp and bring out the dynamics of the music. My van has an incredible sound thanks to Rockford Fosgate.
