Buy this if you are using the OEM Honda Dash Kit
If you buy the OEM dash from Honda any double din head unit will not fit as the opening is larger than a single DD HU. I tried everything short of cutting and machining a custom trim ring. On a whim, I ordered one of these (it couldn't hurt as it was only 10 bucks, and what do you know, it's the perfect color for the gun metal (Honda name) or dark gray OEM part and looks perfect.
It will snap in if you have the Scosche brand dash kit but the snaps don't line up on the Honda OEM part. A dab of clear silicone in each corner and mid-points (just a small dot) fixed it perfectly!

Did the job
This product did a good job of filling the gap around a Pioneer U310BT that I installed in my daughters 2006 Honda Civic. The price was good and it did the job.
