Great Kit

EZ to use and install looks gretas!!!

Good, not great

I used this to put a double-DIN chassis into a '98 Honda accord.

As it turns out, this kit is a fairly generic set of Honda/Acura mounting brackets for a wide range of years. And as you might guess, "generic" is not a positive thing.

The only thing of use in this case was the bezel, which I was able to use to fill the gap between the radio and the dash.

To be fair to the kit; this might make more sense if I was installing a standard-DIN unit.

For the price however, the bezel was quite valuable and I could not have completed the job without it.

Great product for the money

I like it, not anything fancy but easy to use. If your into appearance I wouldn't recommend this radio. But overall it does the job for me. Haven't had any trouble in the 6 months I've had it.

You get what you pay for

I bought this kit to install a double din stereo in my Honda Accord. The directions were horrible. It only showed the removal in English but not the install. Nothing fits right, and it feels very weak. The shipping was very fast. This product is garbage and a waste of money.

i bought this so i can cover the gap around my pioneer double din, does the job, the rest of the parts have no use for me...

It's ok.

The only thing I ended up using from this kit was the front gap trim plate . Everything else was useless. Ended up using the factory stereo holding plates. The front plate filled up the gap perfectly on my 2 din install.

This product poorly made. Didn't work for the double din installation. Made my own brackets to do the install

Poor Instructions

The instructions were convoluted and very generalize ( for many types of stereos and cars).

I am pretty sure I was not supplied with the right number of screws also.

Additionally the faceplate didn't fit in my dashboard even though the website suggested this kit for my car. I did receive this kit for free though so... you get what you pay for.

CD PLAYER INSTALLATION

The Scosche cd player installation kit is extremely nice. It looks good and is very easy to install. If you don't know how to put this in, it comes with instructions that are easy to follow.

Did what it was suppose to do, came with all advertised pieces, flawless fit, and priced to suite quality. Can't go wrong with that when it comes to deck mounts right? not much else to look for

the instructions do not actually instruct anything useful! the only part i used for my double din radio was the front piece, nothing else would work with my 2000 honda civic!

Only kit that fits the original bottom mount radios!

This is the only kit you can buy that fits an aftermarket double din radio and gives you the brackets to secure it to the factory lower rear mounting location.
