Works like it's supposed to

Used to hookup an aftermarket radio to my 9G Galant. Very easy to use harness. The wires have writing telling you exactly what each wire is used for. I was also surprised at the gauge of the wires. I was expecting cheap-o 18-20 wires but these were in the 14-16 range with a good wire-to-plastic ratio.

A word of caution specifically for 9G galant owners, do not hookup the black/yellow wire on the car's factory harness to anything! It will cause big time adverse effects on other parts of your car, like shifting gears, indicator lights in your gauge cluster, etc.

Great cost

I didn't pay for it, Sonic was cool enough to give it to me for purchasing a car stereo. If I had been able to use it I'm sure it would have worked great. Unfortunately it was the wrong wire harness for the factory system in my car...right car, wrong OEM stereo system. The product was in good quality, not a cheap one like some companies give out for free.

Works well But if you car has a stock amplifier like mine did then it will not power up that amplifier so no door speakers will work. But that is fine for me because I am putting in a new amp and speakers.

Radio harness for my Mitsubishi Evo IX MR

Got this harness to wire into my Pioneer head unit... color coding was fantastic, pre-sliced wire was great... labeling made it really easy. Very nice quality piece and makes the job a lot easier. I have owned this for over 6 months now.

I bought one of these a few months back for my Mitsubishi Galant. It helped quite a bit. It had clearly labeled wires that were lengthy and easily readable. I installed my Pioneer system quite easily thanks to this piece. You could do an install without it but that would take some time to figure out whats what. With this your install time is 10-15 minutes tops. Save yourself the trouble and get it.

I liked that I had to ground my own head unit. This wire harness does not have a ground and you will need to ground it yourself. It's seven dollars cheaper than the wire harness at walmart. So I am completely satisfied.

The only think I don't like about this harness is that it doesn't have a ground. You have to manually ground your head unit to the vehicle but it is better that way in my opinion

Good product

Product was just as described. The packaging had the wiring color code and all of the leads were pre-stripped. That saved on a little assembly time. Contacts were or adequate size and the wires were of a good heavy gauge. (Actually larger than the leads on the car stereo).

Good item. However, if your Mitsubishi Eclipse 2005 had the original amplifier installed this accessory won't work.

Wires all matched up perfectly. Flexible multi strand wiring made for a very easy fit and install.

Maybe unrelated. After install the vehicle no longer automatically turns off the headlights when the ignition is turned off.
