2005 Toyota Corolla S - Easy install - fits stereo great .

Installing the Scosche TA2048B / TA2048 was really easy. I got it for a great price and would recommend this to all newer model Toyota coralla owners.

I went through about 4 self installation kits before purchasing this one. The head unit fits perfect in the mounting kit and is shaped to contour nicely with the vehicle's interior.

No complaints, although I removed the whole system pending getting new speakers because the existing speakers did not sound good with the new head unit. So I can't vouch for long-term reliability. But it fit in my Corolla.

Could not fit

Got this for 2005 Corolla Fielder, and could not make it work in the dash, it was just too big. My solution was to take the factory metal housing from the factory set and use that to wedge the new stereo into the dash. Six months later all is still working well.

Snapped right into dash tabs. Looks great installed only need to have different colors available for tan and grey interiors.
