I bought an item and didn't see it auto-added pieces I did not need so I returned items in unopened package, received cost of items but not cost of insurance coverage so I had to call and speak to customer service rep Natasha for which she immediately seen what happened and set in place to have my full amount refunded and not 3/4 of what I paid. Offers peace of mind in case anything happens

I normally get square trade protective plans with any electronic product purchases. Square trade offers plans for reasonable prices. I've gotten a refund on an item I've purchased from another store in the past without issues. I'm glad to know that sonic electronix offers square trade plans. I recommend getting it with your big purchases if you want peace of mind knowing that if anything happens, you can receive a replacement of the same item, or a refund.
