I bought this product on black Friday and all I have to say is wow this amp is so loud and hits like a pro. I recomed this product to anyone it is pushing two 1600 watt vibe 12's. This product is top of the line and Sonic Electronix is the only place I have bought my car audio on and I always will. Overall this product is awsome and I appreciate the fast shipping and everything. I'm 100% satsifed with this and SonicElectronix so thanks again!!!

Average at best

I bought this amp to power 2 alpine spr-69c and Kenwood excelon 693's. Both are rated around 100-130 rms. I installed it all new and within in minutes this amp got so hot. I finally drove my car to cruise a week later and it shut down five minutes after leaving my driveway. I have exact same speakers in my escape and powered with a Memphis pr2.100 and you know the rest. This amp reminded me of buying a Boss or Pyle amp. It says 125 rms @4 ohm but i'm not sure if those are the correct numbers. Vibe has some work ahead of them if they want to make a name here in USA. As for as Sonic these guys are great and I tell many friends to use them. Good luck!

Great amp at amazing price

OK...just got a second one these to power single JL 8w3v....and to soon b pushing a second JL 8 soon. Just like my earlier review for my first death box, which is powering JL components in my Wrangler, this amp is excellent. In this bridged application as well. Powerful and crystal clear. And yes...it will get hot, but I've never had it go into protect mode. If I push them hard, I just let windows down to cool them off. I can understand how this might could b a little concerning if placing in a trunk, where there is no airflow. In an suv.....no problem. A very great amp.

sleek looikng amp

I had this amp a little while back. It does look cool but as far as recomending this i would recommend because if you have a pair of decent speakers it will do the job but did get hot on me quite a bit and go into protect mode.

Clean Strong Power

2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Vibe Deathox Stereo 4 powering JL Audio components and coaxials. This amp delivers clean power which makes the JLs scream. There is not a hint of distortion or hum from this amp. There is no need in spending twice as much to get the same value and quality as this Deathbox.

Great performance

Very solid unit. Great performance for the cost. Does get a bit warm when it's being worked hard. Installation hardware was very cheap for the quality of the unit.
