Nifty!
It's a fuse.... a mere fuse, but with an added function. The LED is a "blown fuse" indicator that will quickly help someone navigate trouble shooting if their amp becomes inoperable. Pretty nifty considering that's one less thing you have to wonder about during an occurrence. Pop the hood, peep & see if it is lit up... If not, then you know to look elsewhere. If it's lit, then you know it's blown. Main thing is it's inexpensive!
