Perfect for what I needed it for
I bought this to protect my headunit I mounted on a cooler and it works really well. I even tested it with water when I installed it and it kept the inside dry. My only issues it that it is a bit hard to open but it is sealed all the way around do I cannot complain.

It's ok
I used this cover to provide more protection to my Kenwood kmr 555u. It does it's job as far as waterproofing but it's kind of difficult to open and close. It's also hard to get the head unit sleeve to fit in the covers opening.

Easy to install but make sure you have enough room for it. It swings out quite far (as they all will). Mounting kit was complete and simple. Fit a standard CD/Digital receiver in the dash of my pontoon boat. Now it is dry even after a rain storm.
