Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

This camera is housed in a threaded metal socket. Loosen the side set-screws using the included hex key, then tilt the "eyeball" lens to your desired angle. Re-tighten the screws once you have the perfect view of your bumper.
Locate the small wire loops near the 6-pin connector. Cutting the White loop will flip the image horizontally (Mirror/Standard). Cutting the Green loop flips the image vertically, allowing for unique under-lip mounting.
Look for the Blue wire loop on the camera harness. Cutting this loop will permanently disable the built-in color parking lines. Do this if your head unit already provides its own lines to prevent a cluttered screen.
The 6-pin "Din" connector is tiny for easier routing. Ensure the arrows on both sides of the plug are perfectly aligned before pushing them together. If they are forced in crooked, the pins will bend and kill the video feed.
Yes. The XCADJ1 is high-efficiency. Tap the Red power wire to the vehicle's +12V reverse light wire. If you experience "rolling lines" while the engine is running, you may need a relay or the NVX NF10 to filter the power.
