DS18’s DDX10.5ADX Mech-Less Receiver takes everything loved about the DDX6.9ML Double Din Multimedia Receiver but upgraded the detachable screen from 6.9” to an incredible full rotatable 10.5” IPS screen and made it Single-DIN for Perfect Fit Modular Mounting!
The Flawless Touch Screen Control supported by all DS18’s Receivers returns for seamless maneuvering through the numerous features available in this upgraded model. This receiver will include everything you need to bring your multimedia dreams including Mirror Link, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AUX, x3 USB, SD, phone controls, and all your AM / FM stations along with 4K streaming.
Connecting your head unit to your mobile hotspot makes accessing the downloadable apps available to this receiver much easier and the built in SD Reader allows you to access 64GB of memory with DVR recording.
These receivers are mech-Less; this means that they don’t support the play of compact discs and only play music back from digital media players. That’s why DS18 included so many options for playing music back from your digital devices.
This receiver has a built in Fully Adjustable DSP (Digital Signal Processor) and 8 Channel 6 Volt output allows you to tune signals from various inputs various inputs in conjunction with your Equalizer and get your speakers to play the way they were designed to: without distortion and extremely LOUD!
The built in Digital Video Recorder built for the cameras installed in this receiver guarantees your safety and authority on the road.
Set up Mirror link to display all media from your phone on the device, but a mobile hotspot is required for GPS functions if you are not using mirror link.

I haven’t fully installed it however when I installed it while I was in the front seat of my truck just to see the quality of the video it is amazing hands down one of the best rear view cameras I’ve installed and for the price point it can’t be matched. Nvx has some of the best quality when it comes to their products.

I would say it gets the job done. It comes on when you put it in reverse and functions as it should. Has a clear, colored picture to see whatever is behind your vehicle. The bracket is a little big for my truck bumper and can’t get the bottom screws in but that’s not an issue. The right side bar light worked for a bit but not anymore. I first hooked it up to my reverse light but I, for some reason, did not get 12volts to that light so the camera wouldn’t come on. The frame itself is very durable, it’s not plastic.
