The DS Series 4" 2-ways add the depth that's missing from your factory sound. A zero-protrusion PEI tweeter gives your highs the crispness your factory speakers just couldn't muster and the woofer takes care of the rest.
Since your job's already likely to be easier, take the extra step of adding in some NVX Sound Dampening to keep out the road noise and accentuate the power of these speakers.
These 4" speakers really shine when properly powered, built to handle up to 30 watts RMS. If your factory or aftermarket stereo can't put that out, put a little more effort in and add a Kicker DX amp to really push these further.

For the price, I wish it came with a bit more of the material compared to other packages, but it definitely does what it's supposed to and will make a noticeable difference if you knock on the door/panel where it was placed vs where it wasn't.
