All that needs a device for CR-V at cheap price this is the right option
All functions work fine. There is a stuff when you are going to install the device in the dash because it is necessary to make some shaving off in two holes in the dash because the phone and menu buttons don't work.
The GPS only accepts the maps software that come in the SD card. I tried to work with iGO maps and the system didn't allow it.
I would need that somebody tells me how can this system accepts iGO maps!!!.
There is another guy that wrote a review talking about that has another GPS company. Would he be available to help me with this stuff, sharing information about what maps product he uses for his Metra?.

good unit for the money
After installation, the MENU and Phone button did not work, I had to remove the unit and shave off some of the inner dash and remove the plastic retaining clips for the buttons to work. The Bluetooth doesn't download your contacts/phonebook and the phone # is displayed not the name. When talking to people over bluetooth they can hear you very good and you can hear them great. Its nice that you can stream music over the Bluetooth connection. The DVD Player works great but has a hard to use menu. Getting into the dvd menu is easy getting out is not. The GPS finds your location fast. GPS maps can be updated but not recommended as it can disable the GPS navigation, at least that's what I have read in a few forums. The gps navigation has a lot of menus inside menus inside menus, canceling a route is not easy, but I have used another company's GPS unit for 5 yrs. The sd card/usb connection for music/video works good, but the menu font size is tiny, It is very difficult to press the correct folder. This unit has a different style menu for each function, it would be a lot better and easier to navigate the menus if each function had the same style font and bigger size font. It would have been nice if metra included the tv connector, as this unit supports the function. HD radio, satellite radio, Pandora radio and a button to turn the rear view camera on anytime would make this an even better unit. Overall this is a good unit for the price, it looks great in the dash and probably will not get stolen because of the custom fit. If you want a good/ok unit this one is it. If you want a great unit that's more user friendly and has more online support/updates than pay a lot more$$$ and get that.
