The Neucleus NC-GM40B Data Bus Interface Solutions allow for the retention of vital functions within the General Motors Class II and LAN systems after replacing the factory radio. The retention of the popular OnStar and Bose features; the function of the door chime or access to 12-volt accessory power within these systems proves Neucleus a valuable asset to both the consumer and today's professional installer.
This particular chime module will use the factory speaker for chimes as opposed to a small built in speaker found on many other replacement modules. The chime volume will also be adjustable depending on the vehicle you install this into. It provides a phone mute wire to help integrate with factory bluetooth systems, and also has an automatic low voltage shutdown to prevent irritating speaker popping. The Nucleus NC-GM40B is a perfect solution for any compatible vehicles radio replacement.
