The BCI-GM31 is a Navigation Unlock integration interface that allows the factory navigation features of your 29-bit GM LAN radio or the reverse camera to be used by the passenger at anytime. In addition, by connecting to the existing video-capable OEM radio, the headunit will have the ability to connect an aftermarket Backup Camera.

Important: Intended for safe, passenger use, or off-road use only

General Features:

  • Adds Input for Adding a Back-up Camera
    • After installing the BCI-GM31, the vehicle must be taken to a GM dealership
    • GM Dealer activation required to turn on backup camera input
      when vehicle is not equipped with factory backup camera
    • A Technician must perform Tech II Service programming on the radio
  • Unlocks Navigation Features for Passenger Use
  • Plug-N-Play installation
  • Provides Reverse Camera Turn-on Output
  • Status Text Displayed on Instrument Cluster
  • Fast Navigation Re-Sync When De-Activated
