what and how many fuses are there? it shows two 60 amp fuses but specs say two 70's??
mike w on Jun 19, 2016
Best Answer: t has 2 60 amp fuses and I highly suggest this amp as well it's a beast it can run for HOURS without even getting remotely hot I run mine in my garage while im working and when my battery starts to die I throw my charger on it.....I've ran it for 10 hours straight before with my massive audio toro 124....also highly suggested brand since it's not as well known it hits more of the lower frequency notes

Would this amp work fine with my punch p3's model number P312D2 dual 2 ohm, 500 watts rms, 1000 watts peak?
Christopher K on Dec 22, 2015
Best Answer: Hi Christopher,

Like Benjamin said, you would have to be VERY careful - and to be fair, we don't recommend it. At "1800w Peak" this amplifier is likely doing anywhere between ~700-1200w RMS at 1ohm , which is far more than your driver is asking for.

Instead, we recommend the Hifonics BRX1516.1D, wired up to 4ohms.

The picture shows two pair of rca inputs and two channels... i thought it was a monoblock?
Travis N on Jul 9, 2015
Best Answer: Hello Travis,

Not necessarily. Take a closer look.

That is ONE set of "Inputs" and the other set of RCAs is an "Output" . Moreover, the two outputs (NOT CHANNELS!!) on the speaker output side are to make installation of multiple drivers easier. Obviously if you are only going to use ONE subwoofer, then you will only use ONE output =] . This monoblock is still a monoblock and is simply - although clearly a bit confusingly - set up as a 'pro monoblock' . Here are a few other examples of 'pro monoblocks' that are set up this way:

Will this push my 2 12 in Rockford p2s 1800 max?

Rockford Fosgate P2-2X12
Best Answer: This amp will put out 1800w RMS @1ohm. The enclosure you have here is internally wired at 1ohm for 800 watts RMS, so if you use this amp, you will be overpowering your subs by ~1000 watts. Not a good idea at all, as you will blow the subs. Find an amp that will do 800w @1ohm. You should always go by the RMS rating not the max, as max power handling only happens for a fraction of a second, and not very often. Hope this helped! Cheers.

What is the Rms power on this amp?
Michael M on Mar 17, 2015
Best Answer: Hello Michael,

Hifonics does not provide RMS figures for their ZRX line of amplifiers, this is why we do not have such ratings listed.
