Hello, I am going to buy 4 HDS2.115 RMS Power : 600W and Peak Power: 1200W for each one. Which Amp do you recommend for me bro. Here are the Amps that I found in sonicelectronix website. Hifonics Brutus BRX3016.1D, Soundstream T1.6000DL, and Audiopipe APCL-30001D. ? Thanks a lot

Best Answer: Nothing come up under the HDS2.115 in Google of this site so I don't know what subs you are talking about. But according t the rms watts you have listed you need 2400 actual watts from your amp.as long as the subs are 4 ohm subwoofers then you will be able to write them down to a 2 ohm load. The audiopipe 3000 will give you 3000 watts running at 2 ohms which is perfect. On the other hand, if the subs are 2 ohms each then I still recommend the audiopipe because you will have to wire the subs down to 4 ohm and that will produce 1800 that way and still bang pretty hard. At 4 ohms the sound stream will only produce 800 watts and the Brutus only 1000.
So in short, if possible make sure to purchase 4 4 ohm subwoofers so that you get 3000 watts from the audiopipe. If these subs aren't 4 ohm and only 2 ohm are available then you can still purchase the audiopipe it will just be under powering them a little. Or find another amp option that more that 1800 watts at 4 ohms.

what size inputs are the speaker terminals?
A shopper on Nov 26, 2014
Best Answer: That is irrelevant. All speaker does the same thing, the bigger the gauge the better the current, so bigger speaker wire just allows more current flow which gives a cleaner bass, i would assume you can use any size speaker wire because the bigger sizes (8g,10g,12g) really are not that big and as long as you can screw the terminal down it would be all good.

The description says this amp has speaker level inputs, however I see no input for hi level inputs, and there is no button/switch to toggle between low and hi level inputs like I see on other amps. Is this a typo in the description?
Ryan O on Jun 22, 2015
Best Answer: Hello Ryan,

Yes, that is an error. Thank you for brining it to our attention.
