The 70 Amp Digital Circuit Breaker will work as a substitute to your systems 70 amp fuse(s). If your amplifier(s) fuses add up to 70 amps in your system, this one is for you. The best thing about a circuit breaker is once you buy it, it will not "blow" as is the case with fuses. Call it a long-term investment... With the click of a button, you can reset the circuit (no switching of fuses, etc.) and your system will be pounding seconds later! Installation is a snap as you place the circuit breaker between the battery and component.
  • Digital Read-out 70A Circuit Breaker
  • Holds up to a 0-gauge wiring system
  • Matches up with systems rated at 70 amps
  • Can be used with 1 amplifier with a 70A fuse and also with systems with more than 1 amplifier
  • Example Application: 2 amplifiers; the first amp has a 30 amp fuse and the second amplifier has a 40 amp fuse (30A + 40A = 70A)
  • 1-year Manufacturer's warranty

Circuit Breaker Specifications

Circuit Breaker Rating
Circuit breakers are used in place of fuses to protect an electrical device from a overload or short-circuit. Unlike fuses, circuit breaker do not need to be replaced whenever one "blows". Instead, simply flip the switch on the breaker and the connection is safely restored.

The circuit breaker rating is the number of amps that the unit has been rated at. The number of amps on a circuit breaker corresponds to the same number of amps needed when using fuses.

Maximum Input Gauge Size
This is the largest gauge wire that will fit into the power and ground terminals of this device. The lower the gauge number, the thicker the wire is. For example, a 4 gauge wire is thicker than an 8 gauge wire and thus has higher current carrying capacity. Always do your best to get this size wire to reduce the risk of damage to your components.
