For the cost it is literally the most bang for the buck. With a decent amp the sub kicks really hard, and its super easy to install. I've installed many subs (well full audio systems) and this one I kept for myself. Great buy for the money, I suggest buying a non-amplified bazooka tube over one that comes with an amp. I like an amp where I have a little more control over the subs.

The grill is both decorative and protective, preventing the Subwoofer from accidental damage from other items, such as golf clubs, groceries or book bags that might be tossed into the cargo area where the Bazooka Woofers are typically mounted.
Bazooka's highly efficient, customized woofers are specially designed and reinforced for use in the Bazooka Bass Tube enclosure, producing a pure piston action and generating the maximum bass output possible.
All Bazooka Woofers used in Bass Tube enclosures feature large, high excursion, lightweight foam edge rolls to maximize their efficiency and overall bass output.
A tube is a natural pressure vessel, and Bass is about pressure. The patented Bass Tube enclosure creates a natural, uniform, hydraulic transfer of the Bass energy produced by the woofer.
The port opening between the Tube Enclosure and the Port Tube allows for efficient transfer of bass. Bass Tubes enclosures utilize "Bass Reflex" technology to take advantage of both the forward and backward of the woofer, wasting no bass energy.
The bass energy created by both the forward and backward motion of the woofer are time aligned so that 100% of the woofer's output is concentrated into one output point.
Acoustic Damping Fiber
The acoustic damping material helps lower the resonance of the enclosure and simulates an increased air space.
The integrated amplifiers are performance matched to the specific woofers used in Bass Tube enclosures to ensure that every watt of power is efficiently turned into bass performance. Having the amplifier integrated into the enclosure simplifies the installation and eliminates power loss.
Bass Tube enclosures are specifically designed to take advantage of the natural amplification characteristics that occur when a subwoofer is placed into the corner of a vehicle. The corner acts like a megaphone, substantially increasing bass performance.
Installation is Simple! The bass tube comes with straps to keep the sub securely mounted, while still making removal quick and easy if you need even more cargo room. Optional Chrome-Plated UMS Brackets give a flashier look, as well as a more secure, permanent mounting when removal isn't a problem.

If the loaded enclosure or amplifier and subwoofer package includes more than a single subwoofer, then this is the total RMS power handling for all of the subs combined.
The RMS power is the amount of power the speaker requires to operate safely and properly. RMS Power Handling refers to the amount of power a speaker can handle on a continuous basis. We recommend giving your subwoofer(s) 75% - 90% of the recommended RMS rating.
If the loaded enclosure or amplifier and subwoofer package includes more than a single subwoofer, then this is the total peak power handling for all of the subs combined.
Peak power handling refers to the amount of power a speaker can handle during a brief musical burst. The RMS power range figure is a much more reliable rating for determining the speaker's power requirements.
Efficiency (1w/1m) is not an accurate indicator of a subwoofer's output capability and should not be used as a comparison to other speakers or subwoofers to determine which one is "louder".
Round/Circle: This is the typical and common subwoofer design. They have a round cone and are a circle in design.
Square: These woofers are able to achieve a greater cone area in a smaller space. Because of the greater surface area, some square subwoofers will be louder than a round subwoofer of the same size.
Sealed - Sealed boxes are those that have no holes or vents in it. The only hole in a sealed box is where the subwoofer is installed. Smaller sealed boxes require more power than a larger sealed box. They provide a tight, accurate bass, while the larger sealed enclosures provide a "boomier" and louder bass.
Ported / Vented - Ported/Vented Enclosures provide an even boomier, louder bass, but less accurate then a small, sealed box. Ported enclosures typically require more airspace per sub and also less power output from an amplifier to perform correctly.
Bandpass - Bandpass enclosures make subwoofers perform efficiently, but loose. The bass is not as "boomy" as a ported enclosure nor as punchy as a sealed enclosure. Bandpass enclosures work well with lower to mid-level subwoofers.
Binding post terminals are a sturdier, more versatile type of speaker terminal. Because binding post terminals are are threaded, you can tighten them down against the wire or connector for a tight, clean connection. The most popular style of binding post terminals is known as a "5-way binding post". This type can accept bare wire, or any of the common speaker wire connectors. Binding posts with the option to be used with banana clips are even more versatile
Spring posts are a hybrid of the two. Instead of using a thread and "screwing" them tight, they use a spring to allow the wire to fit and tighten against the terminal.

I would buy this sub if you are low on space and money. I bought this sub partly because I wanted something small and light, but also because it is inexpensive. The sub is installed in a hatchback I use in the winter so I didn't want to spend a lot, as it is not my daily driven car. I use the car to go skiing so I didn't want to take up the hatch space with a big sub box. Last I just wondered how such a small sub would sound, so I ordered it. I am impressed by how full the bass is from this sub, it sounds pretty controlled and not boomy. The only con is the connecters where the speaker wires mount, they are difficult to turn as space is tight around them. Just remembered another somewhat minor issue. The straps that come with the speaker are not very good, they come loose easily, and would work better if they were rubber coated ( the speaker tube is slippery).

The speaker's design is very practical. It is easy to find a suitable place for it and it sounds great. I would recommend a bazooka model that has the amp contained within the subwoofer housing, but the one I bought (which doesn't have the amp included) still works great with a cheap amp I purchased off e-bay.

I bought this product 6 months ago for my Chevy 1500 truck with a standard cab. Installation was quick and painless, and it gives me the extra bass I wanted. In an application like mine where space and budget were both tight, it was really the only sensible option out there for me.
The unit is well made, reasonably priced, and this vendor had the Bazooka to me in just a few day. A 5 star transaction all the way. No regrets.

This bass tube is a great buy for the money. I was limited in space, and my wife didn't want the droning of a big sub in her ears and the kids ears. Nice tight punchy bass that fits under the seat of the minivan! Affordable and good looking, I have it powered by a Sony Xplod 500w amp and a Kenwood deck. Sounds good.

I love this bass tube! It is so compact it fits under the seat of my wife's minivan (sideways). The sound surprised me. I power it with a 500w Sony Xplod and a Kenwood deck. It sounds great and is affordable too. The only thing I would improve is the speaker connections. I have large fingers and it was difficult to turn the screws to secure the wires. Possibly a tool included to fit the lugs, or just spring loaded terminals?

This base cannon added a notable dimension to the sound quality of my Jeep Sahara while taking up very little space, tucked neatly under the rear seat. If you have a need for a richer sound and very little space to spare, try this one. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

The Bazooka BT6024DVC has been known to fit just fine in most trucks. We encourage you to measure out the space available yourself to confirm. Dimensions: 6-3/4"W x 8"H x 18-1/2"D .
2. Make sure both wires are connected to subwoofer. Next, whatever your power source is ie. (stereo) be sure to try all auxiliary sources. (Bluetooth, Aux etc.)
If this doesn't work please return your unit. It's probably defective.
