This is my favorite sensor on my alarm. You can adjust the sensitivity of this sensor to your specific needs. I have this sensor on a large 4 door truck and it picks up everything that I want it to.

Extra Protection

January 23, 2006

If your looking for that extra protection. This is an excellent add on to your DEI security system. It provides two shock points when your car is armed. Easy installation.

Viper alarm system has a built in shock sensor which I do not care for. these separate shock sensors are installed wherever you need more protection and are easily adjustable.

Need to know if this sensor can be add to factory alarm for nissan altima 2015?
Edwin S on Mar 20, 2017
Best Answer: If the factory alarm has an existing shock sensor, this 2 stage sensor may be wired to existing harness. If the factory alarm does not have a shock sensor then the directed 504d sensor may be wired to a relay for power so when the vehicle is not running the sensor will have power. The remaining wires which will be the trigger wires can be spliced into the door trigger wire so that when the vehicle is off and locked the directed 504d will be on and if triggered will show continuity on the door trigger circuit causing the alarm to thinknow a door has been opened which in turn will set off the alarm.
