Everything My 17 yo Wanted
This radio has all the sources needed for my 17yo. It was an easy install. I was a bit hesitant about the wiring but the wire colors matched identically. I will purchase another one for my other 17yo.

Great product very easy to install and operate - for the cheap price it is certainly worth it if you need a simple audio solution to an old car. Only bummer is there is no AM receiver. But with mobile phones getting digital radio can just plug it through using the AUX cable.

With my new job came a much longer commute. To save gas I commandeered my daughters old 1998 Honda Civic. Unfortunately the Pioneer head unit I had installed for her previously, had for some reason, very poor sound even after upgrading the speakers to some nice Rockford Fosgate Prime's (that I also got here). Even adding a sub only improved the sound marginally. Since I had upgraded the head unit in my pick-up to a Boss double din model, that I am very pleased with I decided to give this one a try, particularly because of the price and I was trying to keep cost down. To my nonaudiophile ears there has been a ten-fold increase in sound quality. Is there something out there that would been an even bigger improvement? Probably, but for my purposes I couldn't be more pleased. PS: The main reason for picking this unit was because of the Bluetooth as it seems 90% of my drivetime listening is done using internet stations such as Slacker. The Bluetooth connection works flawlessly with both music streaming and phone calls. The mic being built into the unit is a plus for me as I've heard no complaints about the sound from my end.

Ordered this product and was completely everything I expected. It's a great unit and I don't regret buyin this one bit. Had some problems hooking it up but that was my own fault. Called boss audio and he talked me through it no problem. Great product !

I replaced my factory radio on my Hyundai 2006 Tucson..... I want to play my own music or internet radio, so decided to get this Bluetooth radio..no cd, as they no longer being used. All the features are great, specially the Bluetooth phone answering feature. I tested it with a galaxy note 3 ands Lumina windows phones, Bluetooth works great. The USB port also lets u power and charged the Samsung phone, but not the windows phone :(. Detachable face is great too...... got a good deal from Sonic entertainment ...
Overall, good buy to stream ur music either via cable or Bluetooth.

The deck was very nice quality based on it's price. The shallow depth allows for easy installation, and all the features (BlueTooth, Aux, etc) work well. I installed subs with this deck and the preamp outputs and everything work well, and my aftermarket speakers sound better than they did with my factory deck.

Didnt expect much from it but was very surprised how good it sound in my 2000 caddy sls. I got it running 2 rockford p3s and 1000 watt rms rockford amp (all from sonic) and it actually sounds better than my dvd deck did. For the price you cant beat it!! JUST ADD IT TO YOUR CART.. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

You get what you pay for and I cant complain about that. It is worth what you will pay but is still a low quality unit. My first unit lasted 2 weeks before the volume knob quit.

I wanted to upgrade the old Pioneer stereo in my Nissan Frontier to something that would allow Bluetooth audio streaming. I also wanted something that didn't look as ridiculous as most aftermarket stereos.
I chose this Boss unit because it had the features I wanted, it's affordable and it looks decent. It's not an exact match, but it's more stock-appearing than many units.
It works pretty well. The radio reception isn't as good as my old Pioneer. The Bluetooth audio streaming quality isn't as good as the factory Bluetooth in my VW. The Boss unit has some noticeable distortion when streaming audio. I only listen to podcasts, so it doesn't really bother me.
The buttons are also pretty cheap feeling.
All in all, I would buy it again, because it has a lot of features for the price. But next time, I might choose to spend a little more to get an overall higher quality unit.
