These speakers are so detailed it's ridiculous I thought my system was good until I got theses and these are insane

I highly recommend these for those who are looking to get great voice and tweeters out of their sound system.

found this helpful.great speakers, great value!
installed these on my Harley Davidson Street Glide, remarkable improvement over oem speakers. Running them through the stock Harmon kardon head unit, you need 6 inch adapter rings for the Harley available from Arc Audio.

Clarity: Great
Design: Awesome
Here's the deal: I purchased these & installed them powered by 100w each.
Absolutely NO bass response!
A few months prior, I purchased the Infinity Reference series 6.5's.
I have had the reference series powered by the same 100w configuration as the Kappa, currently they are powered by the head unit which is 50w.
Either way, the reference series ( which are supposed to be a step down from Kappa) outperform the Kappa all the way around...Frequency response, clarity, presence, etc.
Truly left me wishing I would have purchased a second set of Reference 6.5's, but was really looking for something to handle the mid bass range.
Bottom line: my system sounded just as good before I installed the Kappa as it does now.

I actually shopped for Rockford or JL on this site, was intrigued with infinity. Went to AVI in Lafayette, LA, and demoed them. Was blown away, I knew I wanted them right away! I mentioned this and the sales associate said "why go there? We beat any price!" Then backed it up, where it purchased 2 pair (4 speakers) for (this isn't a typo) $240.00! Thanks sonic electronic for having me check locally to save real money! (And get brand new, not refurbished stuff.

The bass was punchy and precise; Highs and mids were clear. These little ones give a feel that you do not need any subwoofer as such. Other than cost, these speakers are of high quality.

found this helpful.Love My Kappa Speakers !
I have waited a several months to write this review. Important details:
Vehicle = 2013 Chevrolet Silverado Ext Cab w/stock HU
Line Converter = Audio Control LC7i
Front Speakers = Infinity Kappa 60.11c
Rear Speakers = Infinity Kappa 62.11i
Sub = 8" Powered Sound Ordinance
Amp = Alpine PDX F-4
The sound this system produces is off the hook ! The Kappa speakers are simply outstanding. Not too bright and the mids will blow you away. They love the power and will not distort even at the highest levels with a good amp. Simply put, you will love these speakers !
