this is the one
okay guys. im sick of seeing what people are calling bandpass boxes. ive been making these boxes for 3 years now and ive never seen a true bandpass box on any website till now. this thing is the real deal. they're designed to make the most bass possible with about 300 or so watts and they do it very well. not only that but they are very versatile in that they can accurately produce higher bass note but also take your breath away with the lows. you can see the difference in this box and the other bandpass's is that the others don't have what is called the echo chamber, which is essential in achieving the efficiency that this style box is designed to have.
guys, the bottom line is, if you want a really hard hitting system without spending a lot of money or killing your alternator. then this box will do that for you. it can make almost any cheap sub sound pretty d@#n good. or if you really wanna do something extreme and still stay on budget, then buy two.

Every single person I have talked to about buying a bandpass box told me that they are " one note wonders" , and the worst possible box for someone interested in sound quality. And they are right about that when u listen to most of the ready to load BPass boxes out there. I have heard some terrible ones before and they are very one note oriented. ALTHOUGH.... This BPass box is designed properly and I'm sick of all these audio guys saying they are ALL worthless. Before I installed this with a JBL GTO1214D w/ Alpine MRP500 monoblock amp, I had two Alpine Type-S in a ported box. The BPass is far superior. I can now feel the bass kick drum in my chest. My car rattles much less. The bass is deeper and tighter, notes that were absent before have come to life. I listen to a lot of dubstep and hip hop/ ghetto tech music. The ported box shook the heck out of my car yet the bass was so mushy and undefined. The BPass is so much more responsive and flat. So if u want a box that growls with the deep lows this is it. I was so impressed that I went to a shop where they had tried to talk me out of this and laughed at me like I was an idiot. They would not come out to have a listen when I told them it was amazing. Why not listen... Afraid of finding your wrong??? Anyway, I'm not one of those guys who thinks a system that can shake cars 100ft away is indicative of a good system. I actually am very picky with sound quality. I have been in bands as a guitarist and understand the different ways u can manipulate your guitar amp to achieve what it is your looking for. In my car before I was constantly adjusting the amplifier to match what sounded best for a handful of songs while others lacked. Now I find I dont need to do that. The bass is just sick for everything now. I only control the volume level of the sub output now from the deck. Install this in your setup and I promise u will make people who hear it shut there mouths about the popular trend towards hating BPass boxes. Ok this box is not expensive at all and worth the buy. The only thing I didn't like about the product was that I had to do some minor sanding at the port to remove some excess glue drips and a small portion of the carpet needed to be glued better. Lastly, I had to cut a few small triangular pieces of wood out of the plexi glass compartment to be able to get the subcon there. My sub was large and would guess that a lot of other people had the same problem. Just expect to have to do that unless Sonic tells u that your sub will fit. I would recommend having them make a note of that conformation with one of their representatives so they can fix that problem by reimbursement. If they say the sub will fit and it doesn't, I would hope they would do something about it.

I would definitely recommend this box to anyone who needs a box for one sub. This box is perfect, I have a 07 model 12in 2ohm Kicker CVR wired to 4ohms matched up with an Alpine MRP-M500 and all three sound so amazing together.. such clean and clear sound that I never thought a bandpass box could make, I never liked bandpass boxes till this one!!
A couple cons would be poor paint coverage in venting and inside the box behind the venting.. It only comes with 2 screws for the plexiglass as shown in the picture, if anyone noticed :D

This box pounds way harder than my old box with deeper sounds. Definitely worth the money for an easy upgrade.

I own this particular box because I used to have one very similar that was for a single 10". I had a feeling this box would produce insane bass coupled with a good sub. I have a ppi pcx124 wired at 2ohms being pushed by an alpine mrp m500 and it is insane. This combination absolutely crushes. The bass, bass response, and spl are just outstanding. If your looking for a box that will give you sound output equal to two or more subs, this is the box for you.
Great buy
This is the best box I found online also the sound quality is great
