The Kicker L7
The Kicker Solo-Baric L7 woofers continue to be the best sub in their class. The patented square-woofer technology allows for 18% more cone, which translates to more bang for your buck compared to competing round subwoofers. All new for the 08/09 series is a redesigned and improved SoloKon one-piece, injection-molded cone with full-coverage back bracing that pushes more air and creates louder bass than ever before. The new beautiful look was inspired by the big brother SoloX series, and it's making everyone at Sonic go crazy as it's tougher looking and better-performing.In addition to the SoloKon improvements, the new L7 woofers also provide a much easier installation. The solid pole piece allows more heat sink capabilities and perimeter venting is built into the spider landing unlike previous years. This also allows for a shallower installation as you no longer have to account for venting through the back of the magnet. To make things even easier on the installer, Kicker moved the binding post to the corners of the woofer allowing for an easier connection when running the subs in parallel or series.

My buddy had 1 of these but the l5 and it blew away my 2 12" memphis so i got one of the l7 and i dont have an amp yet so i hooked it up to a buddys amp and after a few hits it sent buddys amp in to protect. Amp wasnt 1 ohm stable :( but for the few seconds i did hear it it was pounding.

The speakers are just what I wanted. They hit hard and tight, sound great. Give them time to break in and re adjust your amp and turn them up. 1500.1 amp on 2 subs in a Megacab. Just what the doctor ordered

decent
i only have 1 in a slot ported box and unless you wanna be a sh!t disturber thats all u need. hits hard and most of the time accurate. plays dubstep and rap no problem. but when it comes to the quick punches of heavy metal is where its downfall is. it just cant keep up. i notice that it just misses notes. so if yer into rap and dubstep. then this is the sub for u.

Review of the 10" Kicker Solo-Baric L7
I have two of these under the back seat of my Silverado and when powered right these things slam I have these in a ported box wired to two ohms and they are way louder than the two 12" CVR's I used to have I would totally recommend these to people with a truck like mine with the right enclosure and amp over 12's sealed anyday these subs do cost a bit but you get what you pay for. GREAT SPEAKER!!!!!!!!!

Kicker 10" L7
This sub exceeded my expectations. My cousin has an L5 that is the same size and I wasn't expecting there to be much difference. Once we fired it up, I immediately noticed how much louder it was than his. Don't hesitate to buy this. Just do it and be happy.
