Works great in my 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander.
I bought the iSimple IS75 to have a better way of connecting my iPod touch to the factory Rockford Fosgate stereo in my 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander. For the most part it's a very straight forward and simple install with the exception that you really want to have your dealer install the "MP3 connection kit" prior. The kit gives you a standard male 3.5mm plug that you can then attach a stereo RCA to *female* stereo 3.5mm adapter to and then connect the IS75 to that (since the iSimple uses RCA connectors).
There's only one thing I wish the IS75 did that my old Griffin adapter did; and that's when power is turned off on the vehicle, it would pause playback on the iPod. Although you can't hear it with the radio off (obviously), the iPod is still playing so it doesn't "remember" the point where you stopped at. It's a minor issue really though; once you know about it you'll be in the habit of just pressing the play/stop icon on the iPod anyways, but it would have been nice if the IS75 did this (and I know it's possible since my Griffin adapter did it).
Beyond that it's really hard to go wrong with the IS75. If you know what you're doing it's really simple to install in the Outlander (it took me all of 15 minutes). Since the adapter uses the LINE-OUT on the iPod, you get a MUCH MUCH cleaner sound out of your iPod than you do with RF adapters or other adapters that plug into the headphone jack.
