DEI 513T Piezo Siren Review

Working with electronics and on cars for years now I have used this item, the 513at Piezo Siren in several cars I have owned. I usually install this siren somewhere inside the vehicle so that in the event the car is broken into, this siren will blast at around 110-115 decibels on a loud continous loop. Just within seconds it should annoy and deter any car thief from wamting to draw attention let alone keep wanting to hear this siren blaringin their ears . I would highly recommend this item for anyone putting in an alarm in their vehicle. Take time in having it installed in a place under the dashboard that would not allow easy access to it.

Simple, works

a bit of a pain to adjust the sensitivity, (it still warns when a big truck drives by) but very simple install, just one plug and it works. would def. recommend.

I've never installed these but we have them at work if u put one or two in ur car no thief would sit longer than a min cause it would hurt to bad.

Let me tell you, this siren will cause massive headaches to anyone trying to break in your car. I personally couldn't stand by the hood of my car for more than a minute while it was going off. I have it installed underneath my battery tray facing towards the ground so it'll echo. Well worth the money and time to hook it up.
