Digital interface allows for the connection of one set of auxiliary RCA inputs in select 1996-2004 BMW/Land Rover/Mini Cooper vehicles when there is no separate CD Changer present. Enables digital quality audio from virtually any audio source to be directly transmitted to the factory radio without an FM modulator.
The AUXBMWV2 lets you input the audio from one auxiliary source such as an MP3 player, Video/DVD player, Satellite Radio, directly to certain BMW and Mini Cooper factory radios.

There are other Alternatives to this product, at 3-4 times the price, Sound quality is SUPERB! Installation Was SUPER easy and descreet. My best friend got the higher priced one, and we cannot tell the difference. Every site made it very hard to understand what i needed or what i was buying. This fit my 01 bmw 325i with factory radio and no changer, I have the sign on the trunk that says "pre wired for cd changer" if you have that, this is the choice for you.
