Purchased for my 2000 Honda Accord so I could connect both a satellite radio and an iPod simultaneously (this device connects where a CD changer would otherwise connect to the radio).
Audio transmits with no problem, sound quality is good, though quiet. This is no problem with the iPod as I can just crank the volume...but the satellite radio feed is not loud enough to overcome the noise when I have the windows down.
6 months and still going strong. I recommend the product.
