I have tried other less expensinve non active filters to solve power line noise. Was able to get to about 95% whine free.
This unit made sense to me due to my use of "Active" filtering on my home theatre and home system. I tried it and I am extremely happy with this product!!!
Noise floor dropped substantially - big difference.
My car is a small german vehicle with all aluminum body - grounding and noise elimination are very diffifult..this worked
