First glance and I thought "oh no this has been wired wrong". However that is not the case and it works perfectly with my E320 and Jensen VM9314.

Note to E320 owners. You need to tap into the black/yellow wire (switched power) from the cigarette lighter as Mercedes does not have it in their stock harness. Just remove wood panel surrounding the gear shift. Remove two screws holding ashtray. Put shift in reverse so you have room to pull out complete ashtray assembly. Then just unplug the power harness from the cig lighter and you have clear access to the wiring. Quite simple, really. Do this first and you have lots more room for radio installation also. The RCA-style speaker connecters totally make the wiring process simple. Go to posi-lock website for easiest connectors you will ever use. Sonic shipped all my gear in less than two days of ordering. I purchased this wiring harness to connect the aftermarket radio RCAs to the factory car amplifier. Works great though the plug is a bit tight.
