Not to be confused with a typical wiring harness, this harness comes from your car and plugs directly into the back of your factory radio (the radio that came with your car). Your vehicle will have already had one of these when you got it, but occasionally, owners can cut or modify this harness when trying to install an aftermarket car radio. Superb Wire Harness
This wire harness is great. The color coding on the wires matched perfectly with the OEM cables in my car. I was able to fix an aftermarket car stereo in my car without any hitch.

Two connectors with wires attached!
Some inexperienced installer had chopped off the original connectors in my car and discarded them when they put in an aftermarket radio. (The radio mount was also a hack job.)
This connector pair repaired the damage so I could put a Toyota radio back in.
The connectors aren't 100% identical to the originals on my 1990 Celica, but they do plug into the radio and lock. The two orange dash lamp wires were reversed in the documentation; they come through the two separate wiring bundles so it's pretty obvious which is which.

Worked as expected
I am building a receiver (Franken box) using mobile components and I needed to be able to plug into a Toyota because all my head units have been hardwired that way. This item allowed me to do that and keep a neat appearance that disconnected easily.

Good Value
I would recommend this product for adapting factory radio to add-on amplifier. Be aware tho many car manufacturers designed a lock out feature into head units that requires a specific code input to unlock, requiring dealer servicing. Being a used car, my radio is now useless. But I am not faulting this reverse wiring harness.
