I plan on getting one of these to help power a BOSS ONYX 1600.2 amp. I'm hoping that it will use less of my battery power like it's suppose to do and make my 12" Kicker CVT's even louder and clearer.

I just got it to solve the dimming problem with the lights in my dash. Worked just fine, I don't know why this has a bad review, but I would definitely recommend this to someone experiencing the same problem that I had.

It's a great cap if your having dimming problems from your subwoofer drawing too much current from the battery. The capacitor restores the power and improves your sound and bass quality!! Must say great product for the value!

I would not recommend Boss capacitors. I have just measured the capacity of two CAP2S using a timed constant current charge and they are more like 0.34 Farads. Yes, my instrumentation is calibrated and I know what I am doing.
