I recently hooked up this unit in my Escalade and have mixed feelings about it. Overall the price to value ratio is pretty fair but I couldn't imagine paying the MSRP, I think SE has it priced just right. The sound quality is great and the features are pretty decent.
The video is really clear with great color as well. The menus are pretty easy to navigate and the touch screen is very responsive.
My biggest problem with the unit is that there are no display features (i.e. wallpapers, graphic e.q. display, screensavers) - Not that any were mentioned in the description of the product but you'd think with such a huge screen that there would be some type of options instead of just looking at the radio station selection or Power Acoustik logo when a cd is playing.
Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for something decent for a reasonable price. If your looking for something more sophisticated I'd suggest looking at something in a higher price range and better known manufacturer.
