Full-HD camcorders have 1,920 horizontal pixels and the result is a level of detail and resolution that goes beyond anything you have ever experienced. The picture from the HDC-SX5 will even look good on a standard television because they contain a vast amount of picture information. The camera records onto both SD/SDHC Memory cards and 8cm DVD discs. Data can even be recorded to a DVD within the camera.
