These Precision Power component speakers have a bloodline that no other speakers can claim. Their design is based on the world-famous a/d/s component platform except with an aluminum voice coil for improved heat efficiency. The woofer cone interlaces Kevlar, Mica, and Fiberglass to create a sturdy platform that can reproduce mids and lows with clarity. The silk dome tweeters are not harsh or shrill on the ears, yet can produce enough noise to keep up with the competition. The Precision Power PPI 355CS components come with a monster of a crossover with many different crossover configurations and a Zobel circuit. These speakers are truly the decedents of the world famous a/d/s component platform. Let your ears hear the sound of legacy.

I took a chance on these - seemed too good to pass up such a deal. I would highly recommend these. I'm running them at 75W/side with a Polk SR104 sub (xover at 63 Hz) and it's really impressive. In my opinion, these sound far better than anything similar in the $200-$400 range - I honestly think you can put these against $500+ class components. Crossover are a bit big, but decent caps and air core coils take up space so it's justifiable. Tweeter mounting hardware is good. Although cables are included, they are 18 guage - I feel better with 12 and 16 guage. Fit and finish is also impressive - screw terminals for the cables on the midwoofers is great. Overall, this is one of the best component systems I've worked with. Is it as good as the best MB Quart when Quart was actually making audiophile grade speakers? No, but it's one incredible performer and nothing will touch it at this price point.

Get them while you can. These speakers are a steal at $140. They are essentially the same speaker as the a/d/s 346cs.
60 watts RMS? I don't think so. These speakers are way underrated with RMS. They like a lot more watts than 60. There are people putting 150 - 200 watts RMS to them and the speakers love it. I'm putting 80 watts RMS to them and I'm thinking about bi-amping them (80 to each mid and each tweeter) or going active. You will probably not be as impressed if you only plan on running 50 - 60 RMS through them.
It is hard to put into words how these sound. It is really unbelievable that you can get so much sound out of this set. Mid-bass is very rich and deep...the highs are fantastic. They sound so clean and natural. I'm hearing stuff in music that I have not heard in my home system (which is very nice).
The crossovers on this set are amazing but are large 8"x4"x2". The feature set for the crossovers is really amazing and unheard of at this price point. The set comes with speaker wire (looks like 18 or 16 gauge). They also come with 5 different mounting options. The tweeter itself can not be taken out of its enclosure so in reality it is bigger than 1". Keep this in mind if you were planning on mounting in your cars 1" factory mount. It probably will not work.
Did I mention these can get very loud...
