I replaced the stock battery about two weeks ago with an $80 550 cca in a mitsubishi mirage coupe. I have a rockford fosgate 1 farad cap. with a crunch 1100.2 amp with two kenwoods kfc-w110s, and pioneer 5-way 6x9's in rear, and 5 1/4 stock door speaker with express dt-41 high efficiency dome tweeters. I was having major dimming problems and car would stall while in idle, when system was thumping half way. So I decide to buy the hc1400r, which is basically the same as this battery advertised. The original price of this battery on kinetik site is $399, and I paid half for it. I have no more dimming lights, and I also max out the heater and wipers in a storm today listening to my system at volume 1/2 to 3/4 up and the system did not sound better than it does now with the kinetik battery. It is as main battery and it kicks butt. I would always go back and get more of these batteries in the future.

This battery is the best alternative to dimming lights in your car or for extra power! It truly delivers. You'll also notice the deeper bass from your system!
