The single 2 ohm or 4 ohm version allows for multiple wiring configurations, giving the subwoofer some true versatility. The CompVT features a shallow mount design which is perfect for those with limited space but that still want a subwoofer that can really hit. The built-in steel clearance adapter plate, allows for real shallow installations by replacing part of the enclosure wall. These subwoofers are equipped with an injection molded SoloKon cone woofer and ribbed Santoprene surround for rigidity and optimum performance. The use of stitched surrounding enhances the strength of the cone giving you a product that you can depend on for a long period of time. Spring loaded terminals make installation quick and easy with an added secure connection. The CompVT uses a ventless pole piece and high temperature, shallow four-layer voice coil for heat dissipation. This reduces distortion and increases cleaner power output. Its shallow mount design and other features make the CompVT subwoofer perfect for any installation or application.
