I bought this unit for it's compact size and ease of use on my Goldwing. It works well with my iPod 5th gen. There have been no issues with transmitting to the bike's on-board radio. The only problem that I've had is that the power cord doesn't shield well enough from electrical interference coming from the motor of the bike.

I love this thing. It has worked great for the last six months. It works great with my iPhone but doesnt work with my first generation iPod video but that's not why I bought it. I just plug it it in my iPhone and listen to pandora radio for the majority of the time. Also something to note is you have to turn your radio up to listen to your music and when you get out of reach with your linked station to your device, the original station comes in and will be lot louder than the iPhone. But I like how the device automatically knows what station is best in the area.
