Great Interface, But Upgrade Required
This product works great to maintain all of the factory functions in my Camaro. It also looks pretty cool, as well. Only problem is there were fader issues on my stereo from the get-go. Also, when I cranked the volume I received horrible feedback. My installers called Metra only to find out there was an upgrade for the Metra interface. They sent the upgrade, it was installed, and everything is working fine. According to Metra, the fader issues are a known problem on this model. Just make sure you talk to Metra about getting the upgrade. It will definitely improve sound quality and avoid any feedback.

Fantastic product
The in dash kit is unbelievable. It looks like the Alpine stereo with navi came with the car. The kit was complete with everything needed including the on-star interface. More importantly, while you can buy these kits anywhere I guess, it is the customer service, the very knowledgeable customer service that told me everything I needed to know about the kit that clinched the deal. Add to that ultra fast service and this place is a winner

Metra Kit - 99 3010S
I would recommend this product for those considering the replacement of their factory radio in their 5th Generation Camaro. The face plate works well with my double din Pioneer unit and has all the same functionality.

Metra 99-3010S
I purchased this dashboard replacement 6 month ago. This is so much better than the stock dashboard. Push button controls instead of the ugly knobs. I now have a DVD screen with navigation and backup camera. It definitely completes a Camaro.
