RE Audio has joined the digital amplifier era, and crafted their VLX all digital amplifiers. This series of impressive amplifiers includes 4 monoblock amplifiers, and one full range 4-channel amplifier. The VLX Digital amplifiers have such clean internals that RE Audio decided to case them with a transparent bottom.

The circuitry is class “DE” which is circuitry specific to RE Audio. This is a Class D Digital amplifier; however the internals have been meticulously designed by Dirk R. Ecker – RE Audios head engineer. Every amplifiers internal circuitry has Dirk’s initials inscribed as this series is his premium high-speed digital amplifiers.

The four monoblocks have impressive power ratings. All have true 1 Ohm stability. The first in the series, the VLX-1DE pushes 1000 watts RMS power at 1 Ohm. This rated power increases to 1800 watts RMS at 1 ohm with the next model in the line – the VLX-2DE. These amplifiers showcase perfect ability to run any high powered subwoofer application. Need more power? The VLX-3DE outputs 2400 watts RMS at 1 Ohm, this amplifier is meant for those in need of serious power. Last in the series, the VLX-4DE can be considered nothing short of an absolute beast. This monstrous amplifier can push 7000 watts RMS at 1 Ohm of continuous power!
