The purpose of this item was for a box to fit inside my Honda and have enough space for my trunk. Not only do I recommend this for my purpose but with a smaller box for a woofer, you get better thumps from the kick drum.
My only down side fr this item, 2 of the corners were missing the black carpeting. I could clearly see the wood. Also, on the packaging they used that loose foam to protect it, although it took me a while to take those small pieces of foam that got caught on the carpet from the enclosure.
Overall experience, 100% and still being used!

Wasn't too sure when i bought this cuz i had a real expensive 3/4" ported box before this. But the heft of this one is surprising for thickness and in my opinion a very well made box, not slapped together. Also good for alot of subs that are not shallow mount, so if your lookin to save space at a steal of a price, don't hesitate. Check your mounting depth of your sub tho.

I got a 95 chevy standard cab for my 16th birthday back about 4 months ago, and a couple weeks later I got two 10" speakers, and a twelve inch sub for it and it all worked fine, but I got two 15" subs for it a few days ago so I got a dual box and I just sold this box with the sub to one of my friends from school for his F150. Its a good box.
