Great shelf for the money
I decided on these shelves because they make great use of space without modification. They are smooth sliding and work very well. I only have two complaints. The first is that they do not stay closed when moving the rack from place to place. I lined the lid of the rack with foam, so they can only slide open an inch or so, but they could use a better or additional locking mechanism. Second, installing them is a pain because of the way the adjustment screws are set up. Some of them don't tighten all the way, but instead just spin and spin. If I was a hardcore touring musician, this would probably be a deal breaker, but for the casual guy with a rack, they work very well for the money.
