I have a very simple system in my '65 Pontiac Tempest. I have a 4x10 under the dash and a 6x9 under the rear window shelf where the factory left a single provision for a rear speaker. The box is strong and has connectors for the speaker and the wire going to the head unit. I would highly recommend this speaker box. It did require a helper to support the box from inside the trunk while I installed the screws through the package shelf.

Does the trick, at a very nice price. Makes the bass a little "tinny" sounding compared to free air mounting. Nice though.
