I had no problem intalling this adapter. The instructions that came with the adapter were very good. I used it to play my satelite radio through the factory radio and it works great.

Works perfect in my 2001 Cobra
I have actually purchased 4 of these over the years for different Ford vehicles and I have never had any issues with them. The install is straight forward with the provided instructions.
