In spite carefully following the instructions, these tools did not allow us to cleanly remove the existing radio from our '03 Passat. Not sure what the problem was, but I ultimately damaged the trim surround as a result of having to pry and wrestle the old head out of it's mount.

Excellent Value.
I got these for the best price online and they probably had the best shipping time as well. Took the unit out of my Audi in minutes. They can bend easy, but if you use them right (pull straight) they work just fine.
