The G2 Boston Acoustics Experience
G210-44 subwoofers are great when looking for bass that won't over power you. With this subwoofer you will be able to experience a fuller sound when listening to your music at a level that is comfortable but still deep. The dual 4 ohm voice coil makes the subwoofers great for wiring a single subwoofer at 2 ohms or a pair of subwoofers at 1 ohm or 4 ohms final impedance. This makes them the perfect subwoofer for any application.
Boston Acoustics has built from their previous subwoofer to bring you their new G2 series subwoofers. These subwoofer are not only an improvement but stay true to the quality and performance that comes with Boston Acoustics products. Available in a 10", 12", and 15" size woofer along with the option of either a single 4 ohm voice coil or dual 4 ohm voice coil for multiple wiring options that better suits your personal needs. All G2 series subwoofers are equipped with Boston Acoustics specific technologies such as SureSet™ impedance selection that makes wiring easy and accurate as well as adds protection from overdrive to the voice-coil. G2 subs also feature a RadialVent® cooling system that decreases heat dissipation as well as distortion cause by thermal discharge. This improves the subwoofer's ability to perform at higher power handling levels while still producing quality bass output. All G2 series subwoofers feature a co-polymer woofer cone and foam surround for rigidity and increased excursion. So if you are looking for a subwoofer that can deliver deep bass, high sensitivity and long excursion, then the G2 series subwoofers are the perfect match at a competitive price.

Nope! This sub lives right up to their reputation. That's why I picked it, and I don't regret it in the slightest. I listen to a wide variety of music from Dance, Trance, Pop, Rock, Classic Rock, Opera, Classical, and the occasional Pipe organ medley. This sub always delivers crisp clean bottom end! Tight and punchy when it needs to be, and then smooth and robust instantly. I have this attached to an Alpine amp and it's a great combo! I was going to do a JBL amp but I'm glad I went with the Alpine! Great job Boston Acoustics!

I bought this sub from Sonic about 8 months ago and have it in a 0.75 cubic foot sealed box powered by the sub channel on an Alpine PDX-5(300W RMS). It is very clean and tight sounding, and plenty loud for my small hatchback car. I would recommend this sub to anyone in the market for good sound quality on a reasonable price.

Again great speaker. Pricing was very competitive. I have this connected to a Alpine mono-amp with a closed box of .72 cu ft. The bass is tight and not a slow whump whump whump. When a kick drum is struck it sounds like a good and tight. I have this installed in my BMW X3 and anything more than this is just over kill. I only wish the box I bought with it had a grill.
